Now for the latest on the Spring Festival Travel Rush. It's the fourth day after the week-long New Year holiday, and millions of Chinese have returned back to the cities and their workplaces. Some 11-point-4 million passenger trips were made by rail on Sunday. It's estimated that more than 2-hundred-million domestic trips were made by rail during the entire holiday.
Meanwhile heavy fog has once again disrupted ferry services across the Qiongzhou Strait in south China. Nearly 8-thousand cars carrying tens of thousands of passengers, are still waiting at several ports, to leave Hainan for Guangdong Province. It's the seventh day that vehicles have been stranded on the island. Airlines, passenger ships and organizations, are coordinating their efforts to get people home, but it's expected that it will take at least two more days.
