South Korea's military on Wednesday conducted a joint drill with two US supersonic B-1B bombers as part of a scheduled exercise. The two US bombers flew a 10-hour mission from Andersen Base in Guam to the Korean Peninsula, operating with the South Korean Air Force and Japan's Air Self-Defense Force.
Also on Wednesday, in a show of force against the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), Japan publicly conducted a missile defense drill that involved self-defense personnel operating a PAC-3 missile interceptor.
