Nigeria Kidnapping: Boko Haram frees scores of schoolgirls after month in captivity

More than 100 Nigerian schoolgirls, kidnapped by Boko Haram last month, are back home. But the release came with a firm warning: never put the girls back in school.
The Nigerian military allowed Boko Haram to enter the town of Dapchi to drop off the girls. The government denies paying ransom to win their freedom. But back-channel negotiations may have helped.
Not all of the girls survived the kidnappings, one of the freed girls says at least five were crushed to death as they were crowded into vehicles.
