The Republic of Korea (ROK) offered to hold high-level talks with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on March 29 to discuss the details of the upcoming summit between their leaders, according to Yonhap news agency.
The move came during the summit preparation committee’s second meeting, which was held at the Blue House on Wednesday.
