Russian ban on US diplomatic property in Moscow due to take effect

Russian President Vladimir Putin has demanded that the US cut its embassy and consulate staff in Russia by 755 people. He also announced a ban on the US embassy using diplomatic property in Moscow.
With tensions between Russia and the US deepening, Russia's Foreign Ministry announced last week that the American embassy will no longer be able to use diplomatic properties in western and southern Moscow beginning from Tuesday.
It appeared embassy staff were getting ready to clear out on Monday, as trucks were seen moving cargo at a warehouse in southern Russia.
The move comes following the US congressional approval of sanctions against Russia.
