76 killed in flooding in India

76 people have been killed in flooding in India, with the northeastern state of Assam particularly badly hit. 
The local government has set up temporary camps to house more than 8,000 people forced to evacuate their homes.
In West Bengal, a storm has lasted for two days, leaving many roads being washed out. 
In Orissa, authorities issued a disaster warning on Monday, urging residents to leave low-lying areas. 
The State Meteorological Department forecasts rainstorms will continue for the next two to three days, and has advised people to take precautions against extreme weather.
