The Australian science agency, CSIRO, released two reports on Wednesday about new research that may help find missing Malaysian airliner flight MH-370.
The new study is based on images captured by a French satellite. Scientists said these pictures indicate there are probably human-made floating objects in three specific locations in the southern Indian Ocean.
However, local authorities believe there was no evidence proving that the objects were from MH-370.
The Boeing 777 disappeared in March 2014 with 239 passengers and crew on board, en route to Beijing from Kuala Lumpur.
In January, Malaysia, China, and Australia agreed to suspend the three-year-search without finding any trace of the plane.
