2018 marks the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening up, and is a year during which China intends to accelerate political and economic reforms.
The 13th National People’s Congress began on Monday, establishing policies to implement the vision and direction of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in October 2017.
