Syria Conflict: Russia: Some rebels want to leave eastern Ghouta with families

The Russian Defense Ministry says some rebels want to accept Russia's proposal to leave Syria's eastern Ghouta with their families. Earlier Russia helped 13 civilians evacuate from the besieged enclave. However, they said the rebels did not provide the opportunity to let Russia evacuate about 1,000 sick and wounded people.
