Yang Xiaodu, China's current Minister of Supervision, stressed the role of the new national supervision commission in consolidating the country's anti-corruption achievement. He commented on its scope of responsibility. Yang also serves as Deputy Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI), the leading anti-graft body of the Communist Party of China. He is one of the 25 members of the CPC Political Bureau.
