The British Foreign Secretary says it's "overwhelmingly clear" Moscow directed the attack on the former Russian agent. Boris Johnson said he was pleased friends and partners around the world condemned Russia. He added he's waiting for a serious response from the Russians.
BORIS JOHNSON BRITISH FOREIGN SECRETARY "Let's be absolutely clear that this is a nerve agent, Novichok, that was developed by Russia, that has been stored by Russia illegally ever since it was developed and has now been used against a former Russian agent who is identified specifically by the Kremlin as the legitimate target of revenge and retaliation. Indeed, it was not long ago that Vladimir Putin was himself on television in Moscow announcing that such people should be poisoned."
