On the 100-day countdown to the first China International Import Expo, or CIIE, the chairman of AmCham Shanghai and the vice-chairman of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China talked to CGTN and shared their opinions on the Chinese opening-up policy and expectations for the event.

Our expectations will be China really follows its promises of opening up the market as Mr. Xi Jinping said on Davos. We want more access to the market."
KENNETH JARRETT, CHAIRMAN AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN CHINA "In terms of our member, some has quite strong interest in taking place in CIIE. The governors in every major cities in China will come to the exposition signing deals equal to exit amount. That's good news, that's always good."
