​Korean Peninsula Diplomacy: US Secretary of State meets top DPRK official in New York

Now to the latest developments in Korean Peninsula diplomacy as U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and DPRK envoy General Kim Yong Chol met for a second day in New York City on Thursday. 
Pompeo tweeted that he had a "good working dinner" with Kim, who is the highest-ranking DPRK official to set foot on US soil in 18 years. The General is also a trusted adviser to DPRK leader Kim Jong Un, and is playing a pivotal role in preparations for a summit between the leaders of the two countries. President Donald Trump said talks in New York have been very positive.
