Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, called for the establishment of a new type of political party relationship and a global cooperation network of political parties.

President Xi made the remarks during a keynote speech at the CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties High-level Meeting on Friday.
