Earlier our correspondent Jack Barton told us more about the Panmunjom meeting.
JACK BARTON SEOUL"The law on the agenda at that meeting today, they're gonna be discussing as you mention the live broadcast of the meeting, you don't have to turn on to the TV or even go to the computer.
On top of that though, they're talking about when Kim and Moon will hold their first phone discussion ahead of that summit on the hotline that was established on Friday that's a very positive sign.
Another positive sign is that they're discussing whether to have high-level talks between officials on the sidelines of that summit going on simultaneously that they've already been semi-agreed on and then just trying to get those implemented.
And to create an even better atmosphere, South Korea has shut down its propaganda speakers at its border, and they were shut down in 2015 but put up again after that of the fourth atomic test. But now they have been silenced once again."
