Sub zero weather conditions at Letchworth State Park in New York have caused waterfalls to freeze and a water fountain to turn into an "ice volcano.” Local news station WKBW says park officials have seen the frozen spring grow 1.52 meters in three days. The blast of arctic air that engulfed portions of the East Coast broke cold temperature records from Maine to West Virginia and stunned sea turtles in Florida, although it is expected to warm up on Monday.
