A train crashed into a railway station buffer in Sydney on Monday, injuring about 16 people. It's not yet clear what caused the accident at the Richmond railway station in the northwest of the city, police said. Acting Superintendent of the New South Wales Ambulance Steve Vaughan said 15 of the injured were taken to the hospital, with most suffering neck and back pain.
