Back in March, U.S. President Donald Trump halted humanitarian aid to El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. He was angered by what he said was the failure of those governments to stop the flow of illegal immigration. There are efforts underway in Congress to restore the aid, but the results are anything but certain. CGTN's Franc Contreras reports on the impact to El Salvador.
