Thousands of those Syrian rebels and civilians have arrived in opposition territory after fleeing Eastern Ghouta. Aid groups were seen handing out food -- and even toys to children. According to a UN coordinator, the country needs 3.5-billion US dollars in humanitarian aid. So far, more than 19-thousand people have been bused out of part of Ghouta as part of a deal with Russia on Friday.
