China will continue to carry out long-range air drills

Shen Jinke, a spokesperson for the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) said on Thursday that China’s far-sea training complies with relevant international laws and international practice, adding that the Chinese Air Force would continue its maneuvers.
A group of H-6K bombers flew over Japan's Miyako Strait on Thursday. Japan's Defense Ministry reported that it was the first time Chinese bombers had been seen on this route. 
PLA air force said that it had conducted far-sea flight training exercises for combat simulation.
“The PLA air force has learned to handle various kinds of obstructions, three years after it started to conduct trainings on far-seas. We'll continue as always and overcome obstacles we face. No matter who is accompanying the flight, we'll conduct training more often,” said Shen.
