Fighting drug abuse has been a priority for the Chinese government in recent years. The percentage of drug users in China remains well-below the world average. For more on this issue, CGTN reporter Zou Yun spoke to Andy Tsang Wai-hung, the deputy director of China's National Narcotics Control Commission. He's been nominated as the new head of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
