Earlier, Mattis slammed China on the South China Sea when speaking at the annual Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore. In response to this, we spoke to Senior Colonel Zhou Bo, who is also at the event. He said it's the US that tries to militarize the South China Sea -- NOT China.
