Inner Mongolia
In the Xilingol League of north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, herdsmen dressed in Mongolian costumes vied for the honors in an exciting horse racing. In such a race, the one who can tame the wildest horse is regarded as the best herdsman.

Shandong Province
The lion dance is a tradition in most areas for the Spring Festival. In Linyi City of east China's Shandong Province, little lions played by actors gave an exciting performance to viewers, dancing and even turning bodies on high stakes.

Guizhou Province
A thrilling bullfight was staged in Pingtang County, southwest China's Guizhou Province, on Sunday, in which 60 bulls fought against each other, with the winner being granted the title of "bull king."

In Meizhou City of south China's Guangdong Province, hundreds of farmers jumped into a muddy paddy field and vied with one another to see who could catch the largest amount of fish.
