In response to a reporter’s question from China News Service about capital outflows from China, Vice Chairman of the NDRC Ning Jizhe said during a press conference in Beijing on Saturday, "China is one of the leading countries in attracting foreign investments. We have been No.1 in developing countries and China will be committed to further improving the business climate for foreign companies in China." Meanwhile, Ning said the Chinese government will guide local companies planning overseas ventures.
