A sculpture highlighting the Beijing 2022 Winter Games is the flagship exhibit at the 30th International Snow Sculpture Art Exposition which has opened in Harbin in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province. The sculpture depicts a young skier stretching her arms as she skis down the top of a snow mountain with a pair of wings unfolding at her back. It is representative of people's positive expectations for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, hosted by China for the very first time.
