China's eventing team recently secured a place at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, which will be the squad's first experience together at the Games. Led by British-born rider Alex Hua Tian, who switched his competing allegiance because of his Chinese heritage, the two-time Olympian told me he is extremely proud of their achievements, but also realistic about what they can do.
