Everton's city rivals, Liverpool, have enjoyed a much better season and its partly down to one man, Mohammed Salah. The forward has scored 31 goals this season and picked up the PFA's player's player award, much to the delight of his fans back home.
The 25-year-old has become an iconic figure in his home country, after helping the national team make it to the World Cup by scoring five goals in qualifying, including the winner against Congo in the match which secured their place.
