China Deep Space Exploration: China seeks international partners in space

The success of the Chang'e - 4 lunar mission was a new milestone in China's ambitious space exploration program. And now the country is looking to expand its international cooperation. CGTN Jin Yingqiao explains
On January 3rd, China's Chang'e 4 became the first spacecraft to make a soft landing on the far side of the moon. This success marked a new stage for the country's deep space exploration. It's also a step forward for China's international cooperation in space, as today, scientific data from international payloads onboard Chang'e - 4 has been delivered to the Netherlands, Sweden and Germany in Beijing.

We have quite a few earth observation, using satellite diet data for agricultural purposes, for monitoring environmental conditions and so on. Those are the programs we are looking forward to it and expanding."
China National Space Administration invited international partners for cooperation on the Chang'e -6 and an astroid exploration mission on Thursday afternoon in Beijing.

We have already signed memorandums in lunar and deep space exploration with dozens of countries, such as Russia and France."
