Three brave men jumped into frigid waters to pull two children out of a river on Feb. 23 in central China. The 12-year-old girl and her seven-year-old brother had accidentally fallen in the river. The rescuers and other residents eventually pulled them out of the river. Both of them are now in stable condition.
