Li cut up spinach leaves and dried the mashed leaves by straining them several times. Next, he mixed them with flour and kneaded the dough. /VCG Photo
To let the flour mix thoroughly with the vegetables, Li chopped the dough repeatedly and then kneaded the dough again for chewy and springy noodles. /VCG Photo
