YANG WEI NPC DEPUTY, VP OF CHINESE AERONAUTICAL ESTABLISHMENT "Recently, by inventing some of the powerful equipment -- such as the Chengdu J-20, AG-600 and others -- we have established a digitizing system with Chinese characteristics for inventing fighter planes. This system enables us to shorten invention periods and improve quality. Besides, we have also made great progress in civil-military integration. For example, the carbon fiber and super material used in the Chengdu J-20 were all invented and made by private enterprises."
