Voters in Mexico are also choosing people to fill seats in Congress. Lawmakers will be key to the pursuit of the new president's agenda, and in checking potential abuses. We spoke to Laura Carlsen, the Americas Program director at the non-profit think tank, the Center for International Policy. She gave us her thoughts on the vote.
