At least two dozen people were killed in a fire at a drug rehabilitation center in Azerbaijan. It broke out in the capital of Baku. Firefighters took three hours to put the fire out. Officials say more than 200 patients and staff were evacuated. An electrical short circuit is believed to have started the blaze which tore through a one-storey wooden ward. The president of Azerbaijan went to the scene to oversee the rescue effort. He's ordered an investigation into the blaze.
