Two people died and six were injured in an expressway pileup involving more than 30 vehicles in Panjin City of northeast China's Liaoning Province on Friday. According to the local traffic department, a minivan turned on its side at 6:10 a.m. due to fog and frost on the road surface. Later, a second vehicle failed to stop and collided with the minivan. Then a third vehicle crashed into the first two vehicles and hit the people inside, killing two. The road was reopened at noon.
