To Chung is a "single dad" of 20,000 children.
He is the founder of the Chi Heng Foundation, an organization aimed at supporting children with HIV/AIDS, and believes that giving practical help to families affected by the disease is more important than writing cheques or handing over money.
"It's much better for them to earn an income… They feel like they're useful people, and can produce for the families."
