South Korea's art troupe and taekwondo demonstration team will visit the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).

The art troupe will give two performances in Pyongyang in the next few days. The taekwondo demonstration team will give an exclusive 60-minute performance on Sunday, and will perform together with the DPRK team the following day. It's 13 years since a South Korean artistic delegation performed in the DPRK. The last event saw singer Cho Yong-pil perform at a concert in Pyongyang in 2005. The two sides have improved ties this year. During the PyeongChang Winter Olympics, the DPRK dispatched its own art troupe to South Korea for concerts.
