DPRK taekwondo delegation visits South Korea

A taekwondo demonstration team from the DPRK has just concluded its first performance during the opening ceremony of the World Taekwondo Federation competition in Muju, South Korea.
This is the first time in 10 years a taekwondo delegation from the DPRK has been invited to South Korea.
World Taekwondo Federation president Choue Chung-won said he hopes Pyongyang and Seoul continue with such exchanges. The DPRK delegation is scheduled to hold four demonstration performances during the visit. The competition runs through Friday.
