A fire broke out at Manila Pavilion Hotel in Manila, capital of the Philippines, on March 18. At least four people have died and dozens are trapped inside. Some were rescued by helicopter on the rooftop of the hotel as the fire raged. The fire started on the second floor and the cause remains unknown.
