Snow leopards have been filmed with infrared cameras in Anzihe Nature Reserve in Chongzhou City, southwest China’s Sichuan Province. One curious leopard was even caught sniffing and licking the camera lens. The animal has rarely been spotted in the wild this century due to a loss of habitat and poaching. China is home to the largest number of wild snow leopards in the world.
