At least three killed, five injured in explosion near stadium in Kabul

At least three people were killed and five others injured in an explosion near a cricket stadium gate during a league match in Kabul on Wednesday, Afghan Cricket Board confirmed.
The incident took place at around 3:45 p.m. local time when a suicide bomber detonated explosives at a check point leading to the Kabul International Cricket Stadium, Tolo news reported.
All players inside the stadium are safe, confirmed officials.
