This video, which was filmed during a water festival in southern China’s Guangdong Province on August 28, shows armed police exchanging water pistol fire with children from a special flap in the side of their armored personnel carrier. Meanwhile, hundreds of people celebrated the water festival by jumping in the river for a water fight.
