The South Korean Blue House has said in a news briefing that the DPRK's leader Kim Jong-un invited South Korean President Moon Jae-in to a summit in Pyongyang. The invitation, delivered by Kim's visiting sister Kim Yo Jong, said Kim was willing to meet Moon "at the earliest date possible".
