In response to a reporter from the Cameroon Radio Television Cooperation about the measures China has taken to become a power in radio and television development, Zhang Hangsen, Vice Minister of the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television said that China has deepened structural reform and increased interest in cultural development. More work has been done lately to conduct scientific and informational research and study.
