China is regulating its new foreign NGO management law. To get a better idea of what it means, we invited Xu Tian, to share her concerns and hopes over the law. Xu serves as the head of the Shanghai branch of a US-based NGO, and she told us that the new law does cause some concerns among NGOs, but on the flipside, it also provides a great opportunity for NGOs from home and abroad to help each other.
