Nepal's Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli has held talks in New Delhi with his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi. The discussions included plans for a new rail link connecting the Nepali capital Kathmandu with India. India also pledged to develop roads and inland waterways to connect the landlocked Himalayan nation to the sea. Oli is on a three-day visit to India. It's his first foreign visit since he took office in February.
