42-year-old, Li Hua is the inheritor of Chuanbeiliangfen. This native dish, also called Clear Noodles with Chili Sauce, is a Chinese snack consisting of starch jelly served cold. Li has been attached to this special snack since she was 18-years-old. /Xinhua Photo
