China's Ministry of Civil Affairs says it has combined social security measures with the country's campaign against poverty. Speaking at a press conference of the 19th CPC National Congress, Minister Huang Shuxian says hundreds of billions of yuan has been allocated for poverty-stricken people across the nation.
