It will also promote the development of the Belt and Road Initiative. China has shown its determination to be bolder in its reform and opening up. Besides the reforms in technology and innovation, the country will also continue fiscal and tax refinements, speed up adjustments in the financial sector, advance institutional social revisions and build a more robust system for developing an ecological civilization.
