Saturday is the last of the 3-day national holiday of Qingming Festival, the time of year when people in China honor the deceased. The national railway system is expected to carry more than 13 million passengers on Saturday alone. Multiple cities have added train services to hot travel destinations to meet demand. These include mountainous areas and countrysides where people can get a slice of spring and enjoy the beauty of nature. An estimated 60-percent of tourists spend an average of two days traveling. Major tourism sites across the country are expected to see more than 100 million visitors - up 10 percent from last year.
