Building collapses by torrential rain in Tibet

Rain lashed Jiangda county in China's Tibet Autonomous Region.

Water levels in some rivers have risen. One residential building situated on the edge of a river has collapsed.

It is still unknown whether there are people trapped inside.

Authorities have taken precautionary measures in the face of continuing rain and evacuated the residents to safety.
